Retained, Exclusive or Contingent Direct Hire

We offer retained, exclusive and contingent recruiting and placement for permanent positions in digital marketing, digital transformation and emerging technology. Typically, retained searches are appropriate when the search is for a high level leader in your organization, there is a high sense of urgency in filling the role and/or the search will be confidential. Exclusive searches are typically appropriate for roles that are difficult to fill and/or there is a high sense of urgency to the fill the role. Contingent searches are typically appropriate for associate and mid-level roles where the need to fill the role is important but not necessarily urgent.

Contract or Contract-to-Hire

We offer both contract and contract-to-hire consultants. We employ the consultants, handle all employer burdens and carry all the appropriate business insurances. The consultants show up to work at your location, unless you prefer that they work offsite. Some of our clients prefer three-months contract-to-hire, some prefer six-months contract-to-hire and some of our clients prefer long-term open-ended engagements. Contract terms are flexible and based on the needs of our clients.
