Our Fee Structure: A Fresh Approach to Recruiting Fees

We Are Not Contingency Search

In contingency search, fees are relatively low and clients pay after a role is filled. The downside to contingency search is that contingency firms only fill about 10% of the roles they are given.

We Are Not Retained Search

In retained search, clients typically pay upfront and the success rates are usually over 90%. However, retained search fees are high, often over $100,000, and are typically used by very large organizations.

Over the course of the last thirteen years, TeamBuilder Search has developed a third option. We require a similar investment to a contingency search with the success rates of retained search. For most businesses, this is an excellent option.
