Exclusive Contingent Search Firm
Most of our clients prefer an exclusive-contingent relationship. In this case, our client relies on us to fill a position and pays us when the position has been successfully filled. The client gives us an “exclusive period,” which is typically 45 days, to fill an employment role. We give our client the bandwidth and expertise needed to quickly and successfully fill a critical role.
Retained, Exclusive, or Contingent Direct Hire
Our search firm offers retained, exclusive, and contingent recruiting and placement for permanent positions in digital marketing, digital transformation, integrated marketing, and emerging technology. Generally, retained searches are appropriate when the search is for a high-level leader in your organization, there is a high sense of urgency in filling the role, and/or when the search is confidential. Exclusive searches are appropriate for roles that are difficult to fill and/or when there is a high sense of urgency to fill a particular role. Contingent searches are appropriate for associate and mid-level roles where the need to fill the role is important but not necessarily urgent.
Contract or Contract-to-Hire
We offer both contract and contract-to-hire consultants. In this case, we employ the consultants, handle all employer burdens, and carry all the appropriate business insurances. The consultants show up to work at your location, unless you prefer that they work offsite. Some of our clients prefer three-months contract-to-hire, some prefer six-months contract-to-hire, and some of our clients prefer long-term open-ended engagements. Contract terms are flexible and based on the needs of our clients.
