Understanding Your Actual Culture
Discussing culture can lead to squishy, vague discussions. Being able to effectively discuss and understand your culture is critical. There is aspirational culture and actual culture. Understanding your ACTUAL culture is more important than understanding your ASPIRATIONAL culture. Understanding your actual culture is non-negotiable for a successful journey to aspirational culture. It is also critical your employment candidates understand both your actual and aspirational culture prior to coming to work for you. This will greatly reduce turnover.
