Our CAST™ Executive Transition Service is a high-touch, non-traditional approach to helping executives successfully relaunch their careers.
Through our CAST™ executive transition process, we help executives build the CONFIDENCE they need to be successful. We also help them develop the career transition ASSETS and SKILLS they need. Finally, we help to TARGET the career opportunities that will meet their needs while bringing the most fulfillment.
Career transition is often most difficult for senior-level executives. As a result, we typically work with senior-level (15+ years) leaders. We also work with executives leaving roles in our areas of expertise: integrated marketing, digital marketing, and emerging technology roles.
Losing a job is emotionally difficult. Through one-on-one coaching, we help executives turn their anxiety into excitement. We help them replace destructive thinking with constructive beliefs and actions. The founder of TeamBuilder Search, Mark Whitman, personally facilitates this coaching. Resumes, cover letters, and social media profiles are important assets during a career transition. As part of our CAST™ outplacement service, we take people through a unique resume construction process. This process helps them gain confidence while mentally preparing them for interviews and career conversations. In addition, cover letters are developed based on specific opportunities. We also perform social media audits and aid in LinkedIn profile development.
Interviewing skills, networking skills and new career onboarding skills are critical to a successful career transition. As part of our CAST™ outplacement service, we train executives to avoid the most common mistakes and take advantage of the most common opportunities in the interview process. Additionally, we train executives on how to create and execute a networking plan. Just as importantly, we train executives on how to onboard successfully after a new position is secured.
Once people have the confidence, assets, and skills needed to acquire a new role, they must target and focus their resources on the right opportunities. As part of our CAST™ outplacement service, we help executives not to think in terms of titles. We help them think in terms of achievements, experiences, abilities, passions, values, and needs. Our goal is not to just help them get a job. We want to help them find a fulfilling career.
Our CAST™ process has been developed over the course of 30 years and is hyper-focused on the success and well-being of executives. While it is a structured and holistic approach, we personalize our efforts to the needs of every individual. Phone calls, video calls, online assessments, web-enabled content are all used during coaching and training. In-person meetings may be available depending on location. Most executive outplacement engagements are 90 days in length, but we do not impose strict term limits.
Cost: $4,165. Reduced fees are available for multiple outplacement service assignments.
