A: We fill all types of digital marketing roles that include digital strategy, user experience, digital design, analytics, SEO, SEM, digital project management, program management, account management, e-commerce, and web content management. We fill all types of integrated marketing roles but mainly focus on leadership functions. We also fill roles in emerging growth companies that are usually leadership or sales-related roles.
Q: What geographies do you cover?
A: We have clients from New York to California. We have team members in Ohio and California.
Q: What industries do you serve?
A: We work extensively in the Healthcare, Finance, Technology, Manufacturing and Retail industries. We also work extensively with all types of marketing agencies as well as emerging growth firms that are backed by venture capital and private equity partners.
Q: Do you build entire teams or only single placements?
A: We build entire teams and we do single placements. When we build teams we are usually building a digital marketing department, user experience team, or a sales team.
Q: Do you permanent placement or contract placement.
A: We place both permanent and contract roles depending on the industry and the needs of the clients.
Q: What type of agreements do you have with clients:
A: Agreements vary by client need and by roles. We often work in semi-exclusive contingency-based agreements where clients depend on us solely to fill a role but we are not paid until a candidate is on-boarded. For higher level executive roles we often work in retained relationships.
Q: What are your fees?
A: Consultants/Contractors are billed hourly and typically invoiced monthly. Different roles and experience levels have different hourly rates. Permanent placement fees vary by location and role but are always in alignment with standard market rates.
